Why hire a Personal Trainer? There are many reasons! Personal Trainers help clients with accountability, consistency, proper form, and safety. Most importantly, they create customized workout plans based on client desires, goals, and needs. 

I have many personal training options available for clients. And, since I run my own business, I am happy to discuss other options on a case by case basis. 

 

 

FREE, NO OBLIGATION CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS! 

Option 1: $30 for 30 minutes

This option is for those who may need to ease into an exercise program or cannot go for a full hour in one sitting. I highly recommend that clients see me three times per week if they choose this option. 

option 2: $45 for 45 minutes

This option is for those who want more than 30 minutes, but who may feel an hour is too much (and that is perfectly OK). Clients can see me once per week, but I still recommend at least two times per week. 

option 3: $60 for 60 minutes

This option is for those who are wanting to take it to the next level! Clients can see me once per week, but I recommend at least two times per week. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CASH, CHECK, and all major credit cards are accepted. Please note that there is a 3% processing fee for all swiped credit card transactions (4% for keyed in card payments). Payments for sessions are made on a month to month basis due at client's first session of each month.
